Valorisation of the OLV Hospital site Ninove
Upon assignment of the OLV hospital Aalst, we have drafted the value report for their site in Ninove, whereby the currently applied leasehold remuneration was checked against current market conform conditions, while taking into account technical issues of water flooding and stability problems, asbestos issues and necessary reparations to meet the norms for hospitals.
Upon assignment by the administration of the abbey of Drongen, we have drafted a value report of the complex of the abbey. This value is translated in a yearly feasible leasehold amount.
Currently, we accompany from a content and process point of view the township of Sint-Katelijne-Waver for the public sale of a housing development site. Prior to this, we drafted a value determination for the area.
Ringland is an overall concept for the Antwerp Ring and its roofing. The concept plan would not only lead to enhanced mobility but will also reassure an improved air quality. On top of that, extra spatial availability is created for nature development and the creation of sporting facilities and gardens. Value has effected the feasibility analysis and drafted the financial modelling. We also provided support for the concept development.
